The SWE-1000 screen washer is a fourth-generation machine specifically designed for the "Water-Based" process



Characteristics of parameter equipment:
1. Fully automatic cleaning mode: The screen plate is tossed up and down, while the heated cleaning solution is sprayed at high pressure through the spray arm, automatically completing the entire process of cleaning, rinsing, and drying;
2. Full-process visualization: With a visual window and LED lighting device, the cleaning process is clear at a glance;
3. Scientific nozzle design (patented): It adopts the distribution of 8 spray arms on both sides - completely eliminating cleaning blind spots. The spray arms and nozzles are detachable;
4. Adjustable visual nozzle pressure: This solves the problems of collision and splashing of small workpieces under high-pressure spray conditions during cleaning;
5. Install photoelectric sensors at the observation window and screen entrance for protection, to prevent cleaning fluid from splashing outwards and ensure safety;
6. Comprehensive cleaning system: The standard dilution tank and rinsing water tank heating system enhance cleaning efficiency, shorten cleaning time, and are compatible with both water washing and chemical cleaning. It thoroughly and effectively cleans organic and inorganic pollutants such as resin and solder residue left on the surface of PCBA for SMT and THT;
7. The cleaning and rinsing processes utilize an online independent built-in filtration system, independent electric pumps, independent spray arms, and independent nozzles. The solvent is recycled to minimize cross-contamination during cleaning and rinsing, thereby extending the lifespan of the rinsing water and reducing solvent usage;
8. Body material: The entire body is made of stainless steel, resistant to acidic and alkaline cleaning solutions;
9. The software allows for automatic control of liquid filling and draining. In case of malfunctions, there is an emergency stop button and a leakage protection function;
10. Lower operating costs: reduced equipment investment costs, localized services, a dedicated team, and ample spare parts supply.
