Stencil Inspection Machine
The steel mesh inspection machine is primarily used to inspect the opening size, area, offset, foreign objects, burrs, blocked holes, excessive holes, insufficient holes, and tension of steel meshes. Test data can be accessed by customers with permission to capture and upload it to MES. We will automatically generate standard TXT files for data upload, meeting the development needs of intelligent factories. The steel mesh inspection machine can effectively address poor incoming materials and cleaning issues, improve the cleaning process, and solve printing problems such as excessive solder, insufficient solder, and continuous soldering from the source.
